Nuvell Financial Services, I got behind on my Car payment by 3 months, I made arrangements to pay double payments for 2 months, I was told at the time if I followed thru for 2 months paying 1,240 dollars the 3rd month they would waive 1 payment, November 08 I made my 1 car payment, On November 7th the Company called me and stated that I would get that extension in Dec. 08 and for me to pay another full payment November 28th in which I did, Come December I get a call stating that I owe them 624.00 and 189.00 in late Charges and they stated that they had know record of an agreement on waiving that months payment. They lied to me, I checked Consumer complaints against this Company and found they have many complaints against them for this kind of scams. With the way the Economy is today, they pull this kind of crap on customers I just don't understand it Michael Dea
