Lia Hyundia Complaint

I bought a 2007 Hyundia sonata new last year,oneside of the rear breals locked up and burnt the brakes and rotor out,they said brakes are not covered under the bumper to bumper,when they inspected the brakes they told me water was getting in oneside of the car causing rust to burn the brakes out,i would think if water is getting on the brakes that would be a defect, and why only on oneside,they told me the drivers side get more water on it from road splash,they said its over $400 to fix,i will be taking them to court and have someone else do the work.I hope someone will help bring attention to this problem to save people with less common sense from this scam.
