I bought an lg refrigerator from home depot on 3-27-09. after having the refrigerator for about 7 months it stopped working. Upon complaining it took 6-8 weeks for them to replace the unit even though the repair man said the unit was unrepairable the first time he came they made him come back 2 more times before they replaced it. lg was also very rude and unprofessional when I contacted them about the problem. the unit was finally replaced. after having the new unit for about 6 months the new unit stopped working. after contacting lg and home depot on the new unit I was told the 1 year manufacturers warranty had expired and they were not going to honor any type of replacement. I paid $1300.00 for this unit and now have a piece of trash in my kitchen that I have to replace and probably pay to get rid of.
