Compliance Services Complaint

I received a letter from Compliance Services, looking very official, as if from the Florida Business Corporations bureau, stating that all corporations in FL are required to file an annual report, which is true. However, they offer to do it for you for a fee of $125. Then you still have to pay the state's $150 fee to file the report. This $125 service is not needed in it's entirety and it's a scam.
The company uses their name, and a PO Box in Tallahassee to make it look official, but they have nothing to do with the government.
