I purchased a 2002 chevy malibu for 5400 from west suburban autos on 1-28-11.I signed a contract saying that I would pay 141.87 every two weeks. I drove off the lot that same day, now I was informed that the malibu was running in perfect condition. so I filled out my paper work assuming that the car was in good condition. I drove the car for five days and on 2-2-11 the car would not start. I then called west suburban autos and informed them that the car would not start and that it would have to be towed from montgomery Illinois. I was told by the manager to try and get the car started because they didn't won't to send a tow tuck that far. I finally got the car started on 2-5-11 and tried to drive it back to west suburban autos. The car completely shut down while I was driving on the expressway. West suburban autos had to get the car towed to them and it remained there until 2-10-11.On 2-10-11 I was told the car was fixed the problem was the motor and I was told that another motor was put inside. I drove the car off the lot once again this time believing the car was fixed. The next morning the car would not start so it was towed back to west suburban autos this time I called the police to get some legal advice. The police couldn't do nothing for me because I just wanted my money back and they don't handle issues like mine. I feel like west surburban autos is taking advantage of me due to my age and knowledge on cars could someone please help me.
