Capital One Bank Complaint

I recently made a deposit I'm my fairly new capital one business account and made the mistake of thinking funds were available. Even though I made a deposit I was charged with twenty eight nsf charges which were 35 dollars each. I went into the local branch to try and get this resolved and was pretty much laughed out of the office. we recently found out that my stepson has cancer in his eye so my wife quit her job to help take care of him. When I explained this to Russell who is the district manager he not only did not credit me the nsf charges which were not even nsf because I had the money in the bank, but he closed my account when we got into an argument and said it was due to nsf charges.
