Light Touch Complaint

Purchased a $2000 package from light touch and got called by a company that merged with light touch telling me that they have merged with light touch and will honore m my package. I called week later to make an appointment they told me that they will not honor that package amd that no one can get in touch with them.
So dishonest. There are many clients that were ripped off the same way and have complained. No one has tried to find the owners. I think the least we deserve is our money back.
