The landlord of this apartment building is not taking care of the tenants. There are roaches and rats running through the apartments, there is no intercom or door bell to let people in and this is a 16 family apartment building. They only concerned with raising the rent and not fixing anything in the apartment, which includes renovating another apartment but not fixing others. My ceiling leaks when it rains. There are stranger that enters the building. These people smoke marijuana and weed. it smells so disgusting and the smoke detectors don't go off. All the super does is sweep, but does not mop. There is accumulated dirt on the banisters and spider webs every where. The last paint job they did, they painted over the previous accumulated dirt. the carpet have never been changed for the last 8 years. There are insects and bugs in the windows as well as holes.
