KWQC TV, Davenport, Iowa Complaint

A few months ago I emailed NBC about KWQC Channel 6 (Davenport, Iowa) stuffing too many spots into the network's allotted commercial window during prime time. That, of course, continues; but today's long garden tool infomercial causing KWQC to join NBC Nightly News 5-minutes 'in progress' is, again, unacceptable. When those of us who care about the broadcasting industry contact KWQC about there numerous indiscretions, we are told "there are many other channels on the cable". Is this NBC's stand as well?

If KWQC and the NBC Network doesn't care, we'll just go to ABC; local ratings say they are taking a larger piece of the pie now anyway. I wonder why.
