Koeppel Nissan Complaint

Lemon! Lemon! Koeppel's2006 Lemon Pathfinder

On Wednesday June 7th at 7.30am approximately two months after I bought a new 2006 Nissan Pathfinder SE, I was driving on Cypress Hills Street towards Jackie Robinson Parkway, when my steering wheel felt very unusual. My first impression was I had a flat. I pulled to the right, stopped the car and found all tires intact.I then proceeded to the car and attempted to shift into drive when I heard a loud noise to the rear of the car. I later observed that the left rear control arm broken, hanging down on the road. I called Solid Gold Towing Co and towed the car to the dealer.
At the time of this incident my wife and three children were in the car.I escorted my traumatized family to a safe location for counselling and transportation. My wife and children have expressed their shock over the incident and are very uncomfortable commuting in the vehicle.

The dealer refused to replace the car and insisted that the car must be repaired and picked up. They claim that I have to pay for the rented car in excess of the days agreed on,and storage fees for refusing to pick up the car.
I purcahsed this car for safety and dependability, since I encountered many probelms with used cars.It has been 21 days and no relief.

Koeppel should be proud to provide my family with a new vehicle or new model vehicle similar to the previously owned, with no additional cost.Since they have refused.I need my money back. Please help! Please help!My family of seven cannot commute together, since the rented car can only seat five passengers. Help
