Knoxville UPS Complaint

Employees of the local UPS are no longer responsive or really reasonable towards the citizens of Sevier County. There used to be a time when the UPS would deliver packages by knocking on the door or leaving a note. Now the UPS employees since 2001 have been very lazy, leaving packages far from the front door of homes, leaving packages at the mailbox or delivering the wrong packages to homes they knew did not belong there.

Are employees of the UPS on drugs or is it they just do not like certain customers? A job is a job whether they like someone or not. It is not hard to drop of a box to the address intended for.
