I own a mobile home in knoxville and have lived here for twenty years in peace.The last week of may 2007 new tenants moved into the mobile home next to mine with the section 8 assistance provided by k.C.D.C. The woman told me that she and her two children were the only people qualified to reside in the home, but that the owner of the mobile home
park said that he did not mind if her boyfriend lived there
also with his son.These people are not employed. I was burglarized on June the first. The police were unable to prove it was my new neighbors, but told me that it was them. A week later, another neighbor became a victim of these people also. Finally, they were caught in the act of burglarizing yet another woman and the man was arrested for aggravated burglary,and felony theft.He was arrested at the
residence.This is not even half of this story,these people
are government funded criminals, and k.C.D.C.Condones it.
I presented k.C.D.C.With all info, police reports, etc.And was told that it was up to the owner of the property to evict. My neighbor then began cutting into my cable line which is also my phone line,and internet.I was at that point unable to call 911 for assistance. Comcast asked me to obtain a police report in order for them to prosecute them as this was the third time they tapered with my cable line. They did not prosecute.
This man admitted to breaking into my home to me and another witness at the scene. The police say that I cannot obtain a restraining order because they live so close to me despite threats on my life and property. I have researched the section 8 guidelines,and I know that criminal behavior is not permitted nor is drug use. I live alone and I am afraid every day to go to work.I would be happy to share all evidence with you,because I am truly living in fear and I have no other options at this point.
I realize that this man is innocent until proven guilty but
he isn't even supposed to be living there.Perhaps if he
were evicted, I could obtain are straining order against him

and if you can't help me I am learning to get used to it.
