Kmart and Sears online store advertise and sell products they don't have or cannot deliver.
I bought from them online to be picked up at their store and when I got to the store to pick-up after receiving an email confirmation that my item is ready for pick-up, the sales person told me that my order has been cancelled because the item is no longer available. They cannot explain why it was available and then not available anymore. My trip was a waste of time. In the meantime, they're making money off the amount they charged me 7 days ago and I'm still waiting for the refund to show on my credit card account.
If they do this to many online shoppers, that's a lot of cash that Kmart and Sears get to keep for many days (from the time they charge customers for items Kmart is not sure they have to the time they issue the refund). Kmart/Sears is a big brand and they're possibly scamming the public for millions of dollars.
