Our kitchen aid refrigerator still is under warranty for the condenser that went bad. We called kitchen aid and they sent out a company to repair it before Christmas. The company said they would have to order the part. We called them 10 days later and still the part was not in. They finally called us January 9 and told us our product was in. They said, this was a Wednesday, that they would call us that night and let us know what time on Thursday they could come out. They did not call us on Wednesday night as promised, nor on Thursday morning. We called them. They said their man was sick and could not come out until Saturday between 10-12pm. We waited until 12:30 and no one had shown. We called the company. They weren't there. We went to a movie and they had called us during that time, saying the man could not find our house. Our house number is clearly painted on the curb. They had been to our house before.
And in addition, they never bothered to call us for directions. We called another company, we needed our refrigerator, and they ordered the part and had the refrigerator repaired in one week. We called kitchen aid for a refund on the condenser, they refused to give it to us saying our repair company was not on their list. Please help us get our warranty honored. Thank you.
