We have a 2010 Town and Country Chrysler Mini Van with a programmable key that has to be programmed to the car. I lost my spare so when the second key malfunctioned I had to have it towed to the dealership on Dec 17th in Sprinfield. I was told they would have to back order the key.
I still haven't received it yet. I called them several times and they won't return my calls so I contacted a dealershipship in St. Louis, who said said could find one for me but he failed to return my call.
I called Chrysler Customer Service and they gave me a rental for two weeks but can't promise me that they will extend the rental and refuse to give me a break on the price of the $300.00 key.
We have been more than patient and don't understand why we can't get our key.
I want my car back with, the paid rental extended, and I deserve a free key! There is no reason for Youngblood Chrysler to have treated us this way, we have in no way, been rude or treated them in a nasty manner. Please help us.
Thank you.
