I purchased a new home from this builder based on models that were shown to me and photos on their brochure. My actual home once built, did not resemble the photo I had signed for. The exerior roof and brick are not as I signed for and the builder refuses to change the brick to the proper brick. He did allow me a small credit of $4000 for the wrong roof that was placed on my home. I have made numerous attempts to contact the local representatives here at the builder's office and they refuse to correct the problem. Other homeowners are experiencing a multitude of problems with this builder. They have failed on many avenues in their promises to homeowners in this location. One huge issue is that of security. We were sold a 'secured' location and at this time, five and six months into living in our residences, we still do not have security gates functioning. There has already been one home invasion robbery. This is a senior community.
