Nov, 14, 2006 I had a new counter top and new stainless steel sink put in. About a month later I notice two rust spots on each side of the sink. But I thought with the stainless steel cleaner they would come off. Than I had to have back surgery. But as time went on there were more rust spots. So June I called K & M told them about it. They said, they would come out and look at it. But I waited two weeks called them again, that is when they told me they had order a new skin for me. I didn't hear from them so called back in two weeks. The sink was there and he would bring it by that evening. That was Tues.7-24 I waited all evening no call. So on Wed. still no call so on Thursday morning as soon as they opened I called he said, they would bring it by on his lunch hour. But they never said, I had to get a plumber to install it. So I had a plumber come 7-30-07 to put it in. Why do people have to pay twice for something they didn't do. I didn't do any to cause the skin to rust.
I am 81 years old and I just don't need this in my life at this time.
