On 02/05/2010 I purchased a 1995 Toyota Camery from this
carlot. The same day of buying the car we took the vehicle
walmart to have the oil changed, after having the oil changed I noticed an oil leak. I took the vehicle back to walmart to have the problem corrected. They did the oil change over but the car continued to leak oil. I was told that this Vechile had a bad deffect. My husband saw the car somking fron the oil leak oil was pouring from the motor. We had two mechanics look at the car, they both told us that the motor was no good. We have not had this car not even two weeks. We called cash-n-carry auto sales
back and talked to the owner. He refuses to take the vechile back, give us our money back. I paid $1800 for this veichle. I Have been laid off from my job this was my income taxmoney. My husband recives disability and we can not afford to buy another car. We also can not afford to buy a motor for this vechile this is our only means of transportation. I have talked to others who have heard about the bad vehicles the owner is selling. Please help us get our money back we can not afford a lawyer is there any justice for poor people who can not afford to buy a new car.
