We bought the John Beck program and their counseling for $2000.00 plus the price of the book which was $39.00 and was told that we would be able to get our money back if we were not happy. We went through part of our counseling and I got sick and told them we needed to take a few weeks off. That was no problem with them and they said to let them know when we were ready to resume our counseling. We never got any return phone call from our counselor. Therefore, we sent the goods back certified receipt requested along with a letter and have never gotten a response from them. We did however, got the notification from the post office that they did in fact receive our liturature back. They never responded to our correspondence and no one will return the phone calls. They got there books, returned but we never got the $2000.00 credit to our credit card. I just don't want anyone else to get ripped off by this man. I would love to get my refund but I won't hold my breath. My opinion is that John Beck is a liar and just scamming the public. If he cared and was honest he would have refunded our money as we were promised. It was of course to late to contest it with the credit card company.
Please don't run his infomercials anymore. Just check out the internet on others who have been scammed by him. You would be doing a great service to the public by not carrying his rip off infomercials anymore.
