Jet Blue - Consumer Fraud, Deceptive Business Practices

JET BLUE - Consumer Fraud, Deceptive Business Practices, Violation of Consumer Bill of Rights

What used to be my choice of airline for travel now that airline in a business of cheating customers and treating them unprofessionally.

I am a regular weekly commuter from Oakland California to Washington Dulles. I was using Jet Blue until a month ago as my commuting Airline of choice.
I was booked on a flight from Oakland to Washington Dulles on November 08, the crew did not arrive for well over 3 hours until Jet Blue cancelled the flight around 2AM in the morning. At that time Jet Blue rebooked me for the next possible flight around 24 hours later which was out of San Jose California to Richmond Virginia. I lost 1.5 days of work due to that. At the time of reebooking Jet Blue representative promised a voucher in the email. Everyone in the flight was promised a voucher for this inconvenience. I never received a voucher todate, I called this morning and was on the phone for over an hour and Jet Blue representative told me that I am not eligible for a voucher as the flight was cancelled due to weather. I have attached JETBLUE Consumer Bill Of Rights, which does not say anywhere that if the flight is cancelled due to weather consumer is not eligible for voucher. At the time of cancellation I and all the passengers were told that the flight is cancelled as the crew did not make it, the plane was already there. It is very disappointing to see this airline in a business of cheating customers. It was disturbing enough to loose two nights of sleep and missing 1.5 days of work and not to mention the other costs associated like cabs and they are not honoring what was promised to me by Jet Blue at the time of cancellation and in Consumer Bill Of Rights.

I have filed a complaint against JETBLUE with Aviation Consumer Protection Division (DOT ACPD), U.S. Department of Transportation

It does not state anywhere that if the cancellation is due to the weather, the consumer is not eligible for voucher.
Please take action against this wrong doings of this Airline, since its not worth anyone's time, no one has stepped to it. I am investing my time so that this airline does not continue fraudulent business practices
