Yesterday I wrote a blistering complaint about Avast and iyogi because I could not renew my subsription Then my computer started to crash and I had no way to renew my sbscription. I as very very angry and fruatrated. I was about to give up on ever having the problem rectified.
Today I received a phone call from the iyogi tech and began to work on the problem. He must have spent 4 hours helping me work through every possible cause of the problem. Turned out to be viruses that had degraded my computer. I know little about computers, but I could see the tech was exceptionally skilled and patient. Finally, they resolved every issued and got my anti-virus protection installed. I am so thankful to him and iyogi their assistance. If it is possible to withdraw a complaint, I do. And I apologize for my complaint against Avast and iyogi. Good karma to all the those folks who help us non-computer geeks. Alan from Los Angeles.
