I filled out a free registration form required by Bidrack
to view items you could bid on, after I saw nothing I was interested in I signed off. I then received an E-Mail thanking me for my purchase. I immediately returned an E-Mail stating I didn't purchase anything and to stop all matters.
I called my credit card co. and was informed Bidrack had charged $99.00 against my account. I sent Bidrack another E-Mail asking for a refund on my account, I stated I had conformed to the Ca. Law about my rights to cancel a contract
within a prescribed time. I received another E-Mail stating they didn't give refunds. I again returned E-Mail stating Ca. Law about cool off time to cancel any contract. same answer on next E-Mail received back from them. I also inquired that I had only filled out a free registration form, I was informed in the lower left hand corner there was a purchase agreement with the filling out of there form. I again stated I wanted to cancel and wanted to have a refund under the cool off Law. again I was told no! I would like to know if you could help? These people need to be stopped from ripping off others.
