After seeing an advert on TV for Kenin Trudeau's book Natural Cures, I called & ordered it, but returned it within the time-frame. That was in May, I am still waiting for a refund from this ITV company. I have called so many times to be told by customer service it takes 30 - 45 days for my to receive a credit. One time a woman in customer service even hung up on me, each time I call I am told something different & so far each customer service rep states that the previous one told me incorrect information.
I saw on line that there are so many people who are in the same position as me. We just cannot get our money back....
Please help. Thank you
