Joann's fabric/craft store Complaint

A circular came out today from Joanne Fabric & craft stores I checked the one in Newington (first day of sale--nov 20-2011). they did not have any at all/in stock or out on the floor. I called the one in bristol & manchester CT neither of them had it. If they put it in the paper/circular they should have it. the sale goes on till Wednesday. I was very very upset. I really wanted to get 2 and paint them for Christmas. Why do they put it in the circular? thank-you
