SUBJECT : FALSE ADVERTISMENT, ILLEGAL BAIT & SWITCH OPERATION UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES ,ISLAND FLIGHT ADVENTURES ST.CROIX
To whom it may concern ,
This is a notice of a bait and switch operation by Willaim Soltau and his wife owners of Island Flight Adventures of St. Croix . My family and I recently went on vacation to St Croix upon arriving we had read a brochure (Island Flight adventures St Croix).
It advertised wake boards, knee boards , 2 seat speed boats ,banana rides and showed very large yellow jet skis on the brochure.
The brochure all so advertised “Free pick up in St Croix”. They did not pick us up as advertised and had nothing they advertised on the brochures they where advertising.
I have included a brochure for your inspection. I am a recent Business College Graduate and have been trained under the Harvard Business Model whereas we are fully instructed on Business ethics however I do not believe the Soltau’s have taken any course in Business ethics. I have never in my life met people who where as unethical in there business practices . They all so professed to be members of the LDS faith , I can assure you I have been associated with the LDS church for 15 years my best friends are members . They do not conduct themselves in any unethical business practices such as the Soltau’s.
I do not believe they are true members of the LDS church with their personal conduct and in their business affairs. I was very disappointing to say the least to have been in engaged with these people on any level, business or spiritual. This letter is to warn those planning a trip to St Croix to be aware of Island Flight’s bait and switch operations. I filed complaints with The Governors office, Lt Governor’s office police dept and the Dept of Parks and Recreation and have never heard a response. It seems that those who are in positions of jurisdictional enforcement seem to turn a blind eye or they do not know who’s has jurisdiction. This letter is being forwarded to all my personal legal representatives and administrative representatives. Hopefully some thing can be down to stop this consumer fraud .
