On June 10th of this year,my husband was killed in a auto accident. Three autos were involved. The responsible driver is being sued by me and the Mexican da's office.
Be aware,there is no problem I have with mexico. The people who were at the scene were wonderful, caring people. The authorities also have been very helpful.
My problem is with the insurance co. Who sells the insurance to persons who travel in northern baja mx..
There office is in san diego,their license is in cal.State.
They have been dragging their feet all along.
Today I contacted the calif.Commission that you can complain to about ca.,Insurance co's.
They say they can do nothing. Because the accident was in mexico,although the insurance is sold in the state of calif.
The co. Is owned by g.E.
I am legally blind,retired and need the amt. They owe me.
My injuries are small,fractured thumb,neck problems ,knee problems . I will need two surgeries. But the co. Needs to be stopped as I know many people who have this coverage.
