While attending a free concert in Aug. 2010 at 35th & Drexel, I received a flier about a Temptation Concert being held at the Chgo. State Univ. on 9/3/20 for $35.
Tickets could be purchased at Chgo State Box office or MDC Productions, onlinepayments@mdcproductionsinc.com. I purchased 2 tickets at a cost of $70 for 2 on line. The concert was held at the CSU Campus on 9/3/10. The Temptations were a NO show and when I went to the box office to get a refund, I was told to contact Mr. Dennis Muhahammad on 773-752-5725 or 312-925-4473, because I purchased online. When I called the 1st number I got to leave a voice message. No on ever returned my call, so I called the 2nd number and reached Mr. Muhammad by cell phone, and was told by him I would receive a refund in 30 days. Well is't been 30 days plus and I've not received an email, call or refund. I've emailed Mr. Muhammad and called, but no reply has been give to me. CSU states they are not responsable, but CSU allowed these people to used their facilities and the public trusted that this was a legal company because of where the concert took place.
Please help me, because I am getting nowhere, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that has been cheaped by this company.
Sincerely,
Brenda Ward-McCoy
