I purchased a product from the above company. I was promised if I was not satisfied for any reason, to return the remaining unused product, and I would receive a full refund, no questions asked. I return the product in the original bottle, box and package with my original purchase receipt. I paid for the shipping and handling, and sent a Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt.
I contacted the company after receiving a letter from them with no contact person name or telephone number,but a mailing address. The letter stated/had box checked, that they could not provide a credit because the product package must have a UPC code on the package. *The UPC code was on the original package/box that I returned with the unused product, to them.* I have not received my refund nor a response from this business. My letter was addressed, Attention: supervisor or manager.
