Priority Pay Payroll Complaint

Priority pay Payroll is a company located in Hoboken NJ providing Payroll Services to small and medium size company in the US.

Priority Payroll is refusing to pay the collected taxes to the IRS and not filling form 940/941 due on behalf of individual companies. The collected payroll taxes from this individual businesses are still with Priority Payroll for the past year. We have another Maddoff in town and help is needed to force this company into liquidation
