Fitness Iq Complaint

I bought the shake weight on the internet, when I received it, it did not shake as shown. I might as well used a tick.
the return label says to call the 800 number on the front of the packing label for the rma number. but there is no 800 number.

I returned the item at my cost and writing several times and today I receive the same one back in the mail. as I had put a black marker dot on the box and the item in a place they would not see it.
