VALIC- Variable Annuity Life Insurance Co. and "Planwith Ease" ING Life Insuran Complaint

Every attempt to surrender my retirement account from VALIC Insurance Co., has been denied because an independent administrator from "Plan with Ease" must provide a 'CERTIFICATE'. This certificate does not exist on their web site and yet VALIC writes it does exist!

The certificate is not available on line with "Plan with Ease" and "Plan with Ease" will not provide a telephone number to call. They claim they are only an on-line company.

VALIC Insurance Co. will only release my retirement funds once "Plan with Ease" signs a 'CERTIFICATE' which is not available on their web site.

This challenge has been on-going since January 13, 2011.
