Empire Blue Cross/ Blue Shield PPO Complaint

BC/BS has denied payment of a 1 day admission as not medically necessary using an actuarial guideline versus a medical evidence based guideline. 3 Seperate physicians deemed the admission necessary. To add insult to injury they bundled all the charges into one refusing to pay for all associated ER tests and labs. The public should be aware of their practices. Are they practicing medicine without a license?
