Amerisure Insurance Complaint

I filed a P&C claim with Amerisure Insurance that held a policy for Quality Roofing of Florida (QRF), a roofing contractor. Amerisure will only pay the P&C claim if I sign a blanket release for QRF and Amerisure for all FUTURE and UNKNOWN damages.

QRF installed a brand new roof on a brand new house--- it leaks! The insurance company is DEMANDING and EXTORTING me for a total and complete release of all accountability in exchange for a claim settlement.

Further, they threatened me with the following language-"Ultimately, QRF will be released in this matter or there is no settlement." and "You know our liability stance and we will pursue you for all fees and costs incurred if we are forced to defend a lawsuit".
