I ordered the Instyler after seeing an informercial about it on TV. I received two for the price of one and shared the second Instyler with my granddaughter. Both of us tried one and both of us ended up with a head full of snarled hair. I looked through the packaging for return instructions but there weren't any. So, I repackaged both Instylers, placed them in the original box, along with a letter explaining the reason for the return, requested a refund and mailed it back to the Instyler company within 30 days. Today I received the two Instylers back repackaged in a new box. I called the company at 1-800-307-0078 to find out why they sent it back. I was told I didn't call for a return number and now my thirty day grace period has expired and they refused to give me the return number. I spoke with two different people who both refused to give me a return number. I also left a message on "someones voicemail" that I was transferred to. I maintain there were absolutely no instructions contained in the original package. I did return both Instylers within the 30 days and sent a letter of explaination. I feel I am being denied my legal right of a refund by there unethical scam. Is there anything you can do to help? I really want my $125.00 back along with the extra I paid for the extended warranty.
