Back in 2003 the police were called to my house. My sister and her girlfriend jumped me while my two kids watched. Im a strong beleaver in a man never has the right to touch a female in a hurting way. Well ended up going to the ER because I was football kicked in the head and attacked on the back because they knew I have a bad back from a work accident. Well I went to get a copy of the report and I was arrested. Well I was shocked. So I went to court and the detective that put the charges on me I found out was a friend of my sisters girlfriend. I finally got the prosecuting attorney to talk to me and my kids and they droped all charges on me. The told me they were charging my sister and her girlfriend. I have called the court and many other people in the court system sence 2003 they kept telling me warrents were out for them. They have never been picked up. So I called again the detective told me he would never service the warrents they would sit in limbo. Well I called again after I found out that detective was gone. I was told by Dean Allen the case was to old and he wasn't going to do anything with this case. I have been put on hold for years and their has been no justice for this. I have all my paper work on this droping charges from me and they were being charged witch never happen. I would like to know why. This is just a short form of this if you can help please email me. To this day this whole thing still affects my kids. NO JUSTICE WAS EVER SERVED FOR THIS. How does this just go a way. If someone can run for a few years they get charges droped?
