There have been many complaints about this particular company that I have now been finding online.
Basically, you think you're getting a great deal on some furniture and then they never send it. They'll tell you that it's delayed, delayed again, and then when you cancel your order b/c its taking so long they never refund you. They say it will take up to 2 billing cycles, but they never give you your money back.
So they never deliver your furniture and they steal your money!
My concern is that they still have a website up and it seems like no on is doing anything about this company that is straight up robbing people every day! I am sure that folks are still purchasing items online and they are getting robbed as well.
It looks like this operation is run out of a farm house . . . Which is even stranger.
I think it is important that as many people as possible know about how these people run their business. And in doing so, hopefully I will get my money back as well as help others to get their money back.
It's a terrible situation. Www.Diningroomsuperstore is a major fraud. And I hope that someone will be able to help with this situration.
