We purchased a sofa, love seat and chair from Norwalk in the Spring of 2006. Within a year the sofa cushions were sagging. Over the next few years, Norwalk came out and brought new foam for the sofa which was the primary piece being used. Then Norwalk left Tampa entirely. The sofa continued to deteriorate with not only the foam (which I again had replaced by an upholstery company), but also the material. The lining under the sofa came loose and I had to staple it back on. I had carpeting cleaned and asked the technician to clean the sofa and he said it wasn't worth it. We paid about $4,000 for these 3 pieces of furniture and it's junk. I couldn't be more disappointed. We, today, just bought a new sofa and love seat....keeping the chair and pillows which were very expensive. NEVER, do business with Norwalk!
