Sal's Landscape & Tree Service Complaint

Incomplete Job - Tree Removal

An agreement was made to remove a tree in front of house for 250.00 plus an additional 50.00 to grind deeper and wider for a new tree to be planted by Sal's Landscaping I was quoted 500.00 for the tree but informed him that was to high we then agreed to 400.00 the tree was removed 5/29/10 and a new tree was planned to be planted since then have not heard nothing from Sal's made several attempts for return call and email's and no response.. I'm asking 50.00 return for an incomplete job and failed to plant tree. I have email sent also phone conversation.

To who it may concern, not evrything in these compalint is correct, I do agree regarding the quotes stated above we didn't plant the tree but the stumps was grinded wider asnd deeper their for the $50.00 was a seperate price that was not included in the planting of the tree it was for the stump. We didn't plant the tree because we were very busy and costumer agree to have it done when we were around the area or also agree at convinient my intention was to complete the service for them but he refused to give us couple days or the following week we were going to plant the tree > He then hire another service but never complain that the stumps was not grinded right, costumer has also try to complain with BBB and I Sal, gave my story
