Back in August 2011 I was scheduled for a recertification. I went to shceduled appointment the entireappfelt that something was wrong. I was told by a former case worker that I would have another worker when I had to come back to recert. only to find out that I got the run around by a woman who came out and over the enyire interview and also informed me of my current status verbally. she gave me form that I had to get notarized and returned back to her. it was called a employee garnish wage form. so I asked what was this form for and she stated it for when we do a oberpayment for your gas and light bills. now I work only 30-32 hrs per week and is payed bi-weekly. so anyway I said to her well I will make payments on my own and asked if they could just conyinue to assist me with my rent. at the time I was on a program alled SHARP. this woman told me no that I cannot do that. next thing I know I received a letter telling that the are dicontinuing my shelter payment and assistance with my lights and gas. ok thats fine so I assumed that when you are not receiving government hekp and you have a child support order in effect that they are suppoed to release those payments directly to me. you know there are so many illegal things added to this case and now it is to the point that ppl in certain positions are using it to there advantage. I have three little girls to support and they are still sabotaging me trying to take care of my children. I guess they feel as though I don't jnow who to go to for help. and for the record this house that my children and I are living in was not inspected in person the man who was suppose to come to the house and interview me did the interview over the phone. I made this known and now all this crazy stuff is happening to me and my kids. DSS is supposed to be there to help families who need help. the way that they treated me and my kids are horrible and even now they are still messing with us. we are on the verge of etting put out of our place because these ppl gave me a complete unfair run-around. there is so much that neeeds to be known and right now I just want justice these ppl work for the government how dare they feel that they are above the law. I requested documents and have not received them yet. I have been told what to do word by mouth and not put into writing for my benefit. plese can and will someone help me there is no telling how mant other families out there are being dealt wth the same way. I know for a fact that I know too much and that is why they done all this illegal stuff to me. the lanlord has been coming into the residence without my knowledge and I personally feel that he has hidden audio and visual in the home as well as a onnection to the lady who took my case from the worker who was supposed to be my new worker. please I am asking for help to expose this insane situation I have never in my life seen such scandalism in the department od socialservices.
