My name is Michael Iverson; my property located in Setauket, New York has been under a cloud of property rights infringement and outright fraud committed by AHMSInc Mortgage Company an arm of H&R Block mortgage Company. AHMSI illegally encumbered two homes on separate lots on my property when they only had a right to do so with one of these homes. they prevented me from using the other property for my business interests for more than two and a half years; then a few years later they were forced to relinquish control of one property, but not before switching their control to the property they saw as the more valuable of the two....this was not the property to which they had a right to. This company has violated every ethical and moral form of decency and most likely committed mortgage fraud. When I find the energy to charge them with this crime I will attempt to do so.
