Best Buys Store in Braintree and Asus Computers Complaint

If your disable and depend on a computer for everything DON"T - laptop

- Massachusetts
Bought a laptop on 2/1/11 my old one was breaking I thought my husband brought me to Best Buys and I got this Asus laptop 3 gb ram 500 h/d windows 7 plus their warranty.
My other computer started working so I finished my taxes. I opened the new one on 2/15 AND WHAT SEEING WHAT WINDOWS 7 WAS LIKE AND THE COMPUTER SEEMED OFF I called Asus that hung up 2x then I finally got someone and she said to hit f9 I didn't know what f9 was for because it's usually f11 to reformat the system that made it work she hung up right after it booted up there so pleasant their. Now I try Best buys they said to bring in, on 3/21 I finally got it down there with the snow and health.
Now they have it from then till 4/1 and it still doesn't work can't do anything on it programs opening by the 50's can't close them out the event log opens and it says error, warning, crital etc from when I had it until best buys so back it went on 4/5 now they want to charge me $129- to reinstall the operating system that's basically the computer I said no then the next day they called and said there going to put the o/s in without charge all they did was take the recovery partion and put in on disks also and closed down system restore the back-up image partion, windows updates and some other things of cause the event viewer. I don't know what they did but now the adapter get really hot and theres a orange light warning that was never there before. So if it's hard for you to function and get around don't buy anything that might need repair from Best Buys or that brand computer you won't get anywhere now I. m afraid it will start a fire and won't have my husband bring it back for them to do what?
