The above Direct TV dealer use qualified people SS# for other people who do not qualify, and they charge them (both party a half cancellation fee and a deposit.)
They put the qualified SS accounts on hold(freeze) when the owner wants to cancel by helping them with half cancellation fee, and they call it RECONNECTION when they have bad credit customer willing to pay the deposit for them (their pocket), so they just change the name and address on the account.
