I baught and paid in full $2698.00 Last August 17th. to (direct to home appliances). I have several times to reach someone to find out where is my hot tub. I realy get the run around and lied to. When someone that can give me any answer to trace my PO # the person (Aly@directtohomeappliances.com). She would lie and I got nowhere and she would not let me now where to reach the person (Todd LoGiudice) the person that sold me the hot tub. Isn't that grand theft. I also filed a complaint with BBB and no response so far. Yesterday I filed a complaint Federal Trade Commission On Line Frad Division. (FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection-Consumer Information) They are still on line selling hot tubs as we speek. Go to there web site right now and go to chat and ask about buying a cozy nest 2 person hot tub. I just spock to Chris. He will sell you one right now.
