I worked for an individual named Rick Reynolds in Vancouver, Washington, doing some petitioning for state initiatives. After finding out that he was pocketing most of my earnings, I had contacted Olympia State offices to try to get these earning returned. I had no luck with Olympia, and felt that I was being sent through a maze of different departments. Rick Reynolds told me that he was from New Mexico, and later, I was told by another worker that he lived in Sacramento, California. I met another group of petitioners whom offered me more money on each signature and decided to work for them. They always paid their employees on time and were very fair about dispersing their monies. Rick Reynolds owes me $525.00 from July of 2010. Another man in Seattle, WA worked with him and I assume they are both con artists. I had even lent Rick twenty-five dollars for gas before he held back from paying me my last check. I took the time to research each initiative and enjoyed helping the public to understand each one. I would like to have this money returned to me.
