Hyundai of New Port Richey Complaint

Bad Dealer - Defective Car - 2008 Elantra

- New Port Richey
2 weeks ago we bought a new 2008 hyundai elantra. We brought the car back and are being informed it has a defective axel, and the new axel is on back order. After our family has purchase 2 cars with this dealer in 2008 alone I feel they should have provided better customer care and replace the vehicle. I now have to make payments on a car that I can not even use or know when I will get back.

Not trying to sound like a jerk, but you need to read the Lemon Law
for the state of Florida. The dealer is making a repair attempt, and they are not bound or required to provide you with alternate transportation, I would call them and ask for a loaner vehicle if your car is not driveable...they can always ask Hyundai/Kia if they will provide one...or call Hyundai/Kia yourself and ask for a loaner car. The dealer generally has so many repair attempts and the manufacturer has an attempt to repair the problem, the problems have to occur within a certain timeframe, and the vehicle generally has to be out of service for 30 days or longer. Again, I would read the lemon law first.
