How Many Substandard Cars Are Sold To The Public - Car Sale

I wenr to a lot that I have bought from before. No complaints. 3 years later I was again in need of a car ' they knowingly sold me a car with a bad transmission. my test drive was less than a block, it is hard to accept this situation. I am disabled and am trying to finish school. there is a form asis-no warranty. I never signed it. Can I take the car back or sue for the money spent.

It always seem to be people in poverty always gets screwed.

Is that what our country about now?

Yes unfortunately poor people are they prey. My ex had a 2003 truck he made last two payments in november/december 2010. He wes hospitalized and passed away dec.22, 2010. his sister had removed the truck from his home, she took his wallet, house keys etc, when our sons requested his possessions she refused to hand over any of his belongs, she got with the car dealer and they cooked up a scheme thzt he owed 3,700 dollars on the truck (after previously telling us he owed for one year), but he said the truck payment was up to date but back interest was due in the amount of 3,700.. the sister said she would pay it off and keep the truck,,,we know shes lying, but more than that our sons were always treated loved and appreciated. but were informed by the insurance agent and the car dealer that she had been in touch with them before her brother was diagnosed as dying. There was $12.p000 in the home that is missing and they took all the furnishings we provided including our 2yr old granddaughters books and bikes. it is ashame that these small towns (caroline coiunty in bowling green virginia) allow blatant miscarriage of justice by allowing this behavior..when i went to them for help they claimed there was nothing to be done about it, even though the probate office deemed our sons next pf kin....
