WE ORDERED A COZY NEST HOT TUB ON LINE THROUGH A SALES REP. ON APRIL 2, 2011. THEY CAME THROUGH WITH ALL THE INVOICE PAPERS AND CONTRACT VERY PUNCTUAL ON LINE. THEY DO NOT EXCEPT CRECT CARDS, ETC. SO ALL SALES ARE ON A CASH BASIS. DUE TO TRAVEL WE ASKED THEM TO DEFER DELIVERY UNTIL LATE SEPTEMBER OR EARLY OCTOBER. THEY SAID THIS WAS FINE SINCE THE HOT TUB HAD TO BE MANUFACTED. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY SINCE JULY 2011 TO GET INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERY. THEY DO NOT RETURN ANY CALLS - THEIR NUMBER IS 415-618-0681, AND THE EMAIL ADDRESS THEY GIVE DOES NOT ACCEPT THE EMAIL. THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS LISTED FOR THIS COMPANY ON LINE. THANK YOU
