Cueandspa Complaint

We ordered a spa from this company on 5/15/10 to be delivered in 2 months. Called on 7/2/10 for delivery on 7/6/10. On 7/6/10, we were told that our spa was no longer available to us. To make a long story short, it was sold again, to someone else. We were told that we would no longer be able to get the spa that we contracted for and left a deposit on. Now we are told that we will get our spa on 7/21/10 and here we sit, still without the spa or our deposit refunded. No calls get returned. No e-mail messages get returned. Could really use your help.
