On 1/28/2009 a lady named Marizol left a message and a number with my wife. I called the number as soon as I came home found out it was their billing dept. Around nine am of the 29th this Marizol calls me and when I identify myself she says my account is 30 dollars overdue. I ask excuse me how is this possible. When finally after over two months your dept sent me a check for a refund. she said they overpayed me 30 and if they did not get the money when the bill arrives which it has not she will have to refer it to collections. I have been out of work for over ten months now. Even so I paid my debt to them not only in a timely manner and ahead of time. this stupid woman wants to hurt my credit rating. For 30 dollars. Ability to have compassion and justice that separate us from animals. So I call the hospital billing department that worked with me when I owed them 1806 dollars and spoke with a lady by the name of Elyse told her how upsetting the Marizol woman was and did not want to suffer anymore derogatory communication from her. So she asked me for my account number and when she looks it up praises me for my payment history and said I would not have to talk to Marizol again. Gave me her phone number and said if I sent at least 10 dollars a month that would be fine. I agreed and told her if there was anymore derogatory correspondence from the hospital over this matter I would contact you guys for help. I stepped outside for a few minutes when I come back in Elyse had called me so I call her back and now she is breaking the deal she made over the phone with me said the hospital would not accept the 10 dollars a month so I would pay in full or collections. So here I am please asking you to help me thru this injustice. Thank You Lazaro Echeverria
