60 year old retired disabled Hospice Nurse Erisa disability coverage paid for while employed by VITAS HEALTHCARE Inc."COMPASSIONATE HOSPICE" (TOTALLY PROFIT DRIVEN) My Disabilities are Degenerative arthritis of neck and spine, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue (viral). Appeal denied after 2 years of paying claims. LIBERTY MUTUAL Insurance company and VITAS HEALTHCARE INC totally ignored my doctors statements regarding my disability and relied instead on their hired doctors opinions who had never met me. !!!!!!! They "cherry pick" evidence and force claimants to hire attorneys to gain benefits for which they have paid and earned for many years. They pretend to "lose" doctors statements and harass doctors and make them look ridiculous in their denial report.
